Returns & Exchanges - Bluebelle & Co.

We know that sometimes people change their mind or something is not quite right and we want you to be delighted with your purchase so we have a simple returns policy.

Returns and replacements are accepted within 14 days of receipt, provided that the item returned is in it's original and unused condition with all tags still attached. We can also exchange your order, if you would prefer a different colour or size, as long as the item in question is in stock when we receive your returned goods.

The cost of returning goods to us for exchange or refund is the responsibility of the purchaser. The original delivery charge will be deducted from any refund given. In the case of exchanges a re-delivery charge at our standard rate will apply.

Please note: that in instances where free delivery has been given, if your returned items reduce your original order value to below our free delivery threshold £50, we will then deduct the delivery charge from your refund. Alternatively to save carriage costs you are welcome to return the item in person to our store in Brighton within 14 days of receipt. To refund or exchange online goods in store you must present the credit / debit that was used at the time of the original transaction through Paypal..

Delivery charges will only be refunded if there has been an error on our part, or if the item received is faulty. We cannot accept responsibility for any items lost or damaged in transit to us and would advise that customers obtain proof of posting when returning.
