This website contains material which is owned by or licensed to us. This material includes, but is not limited to, the design, layout, look, appearance, images and graphics. Reproduction is prohibited other than in accordance with the copyright notice, which forms part of these terms and conditions.
Shipping & Delivery
All UK orders over £50 will receive free standard delivery. Standard UK Mainland Delivery is £4.95.
Your order will be delivered by Royal Mail first class post or by an independent courier. Smaller packages by Royal Mail and larger packages will be sent by courier. We aim to dispatch orders placed within 5 working days of receiving the order. Occasionally items may be temporarily out of stock, you will be advised of the date when more stock is due after receipt of your order and monies will be refunded via the same method as purchase. Please note that items ordered together may not be shipped on the same day.
If you are not normally at home during the day please supply an alternative address such as your work address, or instructions on where your parcel can be safely left, for example with a neighbour, as all deliveries will require a signature upon receipt. A card will be left to re-arrange delivery if no one is at home to receive your order. If you have not received your delivery within 5 working days from dispatch, please contact us so that we can track your order.
Deliveries for orders outside the UK may incur additional import duties and custom charges. These are levied at the port of ingress and are the responsibility of the purchaserWe do not ship to P.O Box or BFPO addresses.
Although we use all reasonable means to ensure that your order is delivered within a specified time, we cannot accept any responsibility for late deliveries due to circumstances outside of our control. We will do our best to inform you of any unexpected delay.
Returns & Replacements
Returns and replacements are accepted within 14 days of receipt, provided that the item returned is in it's original and unused condition with all tags still attached. We can also exchange your order, if you would prefer a different colour or size, as long as the item in question is in stock when we receive your returned goods.
The cost of returning goods to us for exchange or refund is the responsibility of the purchaser. The original delivery charge will be deducted from any refund given. In the case of exchanges a re-delivery charge at our standard rate will apply. Please note: that in instances where free delivery has been given, if your returned items reduce your original order value to below our free delivery threshold, we will then deduct the delivery charge from your refund. Alternatively to save carriage costs you are welcome to return the item in person to our store in Brighton within 14 days of receipt. To refund or exchange online goods in store you must present the credit / debit that was used at the time of the original transaction.
Delivery charges will only be refunded if there has been an error on our part or if the item received is faulty. We cannot accept responsibility for any items lost or damaged in transit to us & would advise that customers obtain proof of posting when returning.
Your UK statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
Bluebelle & Co currently only accept PayPal on our website. You do not need need a Paypal account to use this service, as Paypal also accepts all major credit and debit cards.
Promotions and special offers will be available time to time on our web site and in our store, you will also be notified via email if you have signed up for our newsletter.
Viewing Orders
By creating an account with our store, you are able to move through the checkout process faster, store multiple shipping addresses, view and track your orders in your account and more.
Updating Account Information
You can update your online account profile information anytime, just log into 'My Account' page. You can update your account name, email address, password, billing and shipping addresses.
